In any noise reducing installation that involves the use of acoustic foam, it is essential that the panels are heat and fire resistant.
The fire resistant panels supplied by Melfoam Acoustic do not only have great sound absorption properties, but they also have exceptional resistant to fire and heat. The acoustic panels can handle long term exposure to temperatures of 240 degree Celsius and also when exposed to a fire they do not burn and give of very little smoke.
